Arrived at location 7/12/22 - Arrived and found ice all over the floor and ice build up around the drain pan. I turned the unit into defrost and made sure defrost works. I then removed the food racks from freezer as I could not work on the unit. I then dropped the drain pan and seen that it was completely frozen solid. I tested the drain line heater and have proper voltage but the heater was not working. I shut the unit down and removed the old insulation and drain line heater. I then melted the drain pan and melted the drain line until I could see water draining out of unit. I then installed new drain line heater and insulation and turned the unit back on. The drain line heater is now working

Arrived at location on 4/19/22 - Found filter on condenser completely clogged which I removed, also found pressures low. I added 404 to bring pressures to normal and checked for leaks with leak detector and found evaporator to be leaking. Also because of the clogged filter the compressor was very hot which probably burned off some of the oil and was hard to get unit to take refrigerant. Evaporator will need replaced but also because of how hot compressor was it might not last long and probably also should be replaced, unit is working properly for now

Arrived at location on 1/28/22 - Arrived to site customer stated unit has been worked on several times and no one can get it to stay running. I removed the leads of the thermopile to get a true reading and was reading only 223 MDM milivolts so I replaced the thermopile. Then had to adjust the pilot to get it within the 550 dc milivolts range. Then adjusted the main discharge pressure and was off by almost a 1 1/2” . Got within range at 4 in w.c. Then tested unit and unit was satisfied at 325 and working correct.
