Did not find Prep Table evaporator coil frozen, drain pan under condenser has water in it and is full dripping onto floor, it has pads to soak up excess water but no heater or high side lines to evaporate water, I suggested replacing pads but customer said they will just mop water if it continues, drain line is not clogged and unit is cycling on and off at proper temperature and is working properly at this time.
Service C.
Manager said Ice Machine unit sometimes tripped the breaker. Unit is very old and is rated during RLA at 13.6 amps. The breaker is 15 amps for the unit and needs to be 20 amps. Also the water pump is going bad and shutting off on internal overload. Electric going to unit needs to be upgraded to 20 amps and we need a new water pump which is very expensive for this unit. we should quote repairs because of age and quote a new unit.
