Commercial Kitchen Appliance Maintenance Service. We were on-site at the client's establishment to perform maintenance on their kitchen appliances. Our comprehensive process involved inspecting every appliance to ensure they were functioning correctly. We also cleaned the condenser coils in the freezer and refrigerator units, verified the hinges and gaskets on appliance doors for proper sealing, and conducted a thorough cleaning to eliminate grease buildup. As a final step, we replaced filters in each kitchen appliance to maintain ongoing cleanliness and efficiency.

Cooking equipment repair for restaurant. Service for commercial oven on which the door wasn't shutting properly. Inspected the unit and repaired a loose part. Tested unit again and found the door was shutting completely.

While on site customer had top pizza oven that the pilot will not light. Found orifice was clogged. Removed pilot assembly and cleaned out orifice. Had to make a new pilot bracket and install shield to make main burner pilot gas flow towards pilot flame. Tested operation okay.
