Commercial Steamer Repair. A malfunctioning steamer was slowing down kitchen operations. Our technician identified the issues were due to scale buildup in the water reservoir and removed the scale to restore function, followed by a thorough inspection to ensure proper steam generation. The steamer was back in action, efficiently cooking food for the restaurant's patrons.
