Installed a part for us, and 2 weeks in a row we have had additional issues, both of which we have been charged for and I don't fell we should have been, as none of the additional issues were our issue.

Upon arrival Middle Fryer unit was on and not sending a hi temp alarm. 3 baskets of fries were dropped and one of hash browns. The alarm did not happen. The temperature of the oil was tested and is within range on the display. Upon inspection the one relay was removed and looks a little smoky, this could cause the coil of the heater contactor to stick. Will order 2 and have replaced. Right now unit holding temp and nothing is sticking. Will order 2 relays and return. 10/7/20 Installed 2 relays and dropped 4 baskets. Hi temp alarm did not occur. Watched unit to see if error would occur and it did not.

Found unit off. Checked floats and one had zero ohms, the other switch had 58 ohms through it. Turned on, the d/w started to fill but did not stop. Checked and found control board not sensing floats. Tried to jump the floats out, etc but the board will not close it. Tried every thing I can think of but unit does not come out of the fill cycle. Needs new control board, float and 1 switch has high ohm value and the vacuum breaker leaks. 5-31-17 Disassembled and installed new control board and float parts. Removed old vacuum breaker and installed new breaker. Tested, unit did not work right. Had to trace wire per wire and found multiple wire connection failures. Got unit up and running. Recommend replacing wiring.

Note: customer getting part (switch kit) and will call us if they want us to install it.
