The Dishwasher Pass-Through unit was pulled apart and not being used when I showed up. I checked the wash heater and it was pulling 44.5 amps on each leg. The stat shut off at 183 degrees so I turned it up a to 200 degrees. I closed the vents on both side of the unit they were pulling too much heat out. The stat was kicking on with a 6 to 8 degree drop. I ran the unit back to back and it stayed above 170 degrees. The unit is working fine at this time.

The display showed the Reach-In Cooler door was open when it was closed and wouldn't allow other functions to be seen. I checked the door switch and the resistance was higher than normal. I was able to get it to work but we will need to order a new switch and return to install. The relay board appeared to be working fine. The unit is working for now.

Checked operation and the vent was not opening. I took the unit apart and found no voltage to the solenoid so I traced it back and found the fuse was blown. I didn't have the correct size so I ran and picked some up. I then disconnected the solenoid and installed the new fuse and checked for power. I had 120v so I hooked the solenoid up and checked operation and it was working fine pulling .09 amps. The vent is working fine at this time.

The customer had trouble with the rinse tank not draining and the temps falling. I watched the temps while they were using the unit and the wash tank was struggling to recover while the rinse was recovering. I tested the element and it was good I had 44 amps on each leg. I called the manufacturer and spoke to mark and told him my findings d he said the stat had too much of a swing and needed replaced. He gave me the part number needed to order. I was able to use some descaler and nitrogen to get the drain clear. We will need to order parts and return to repair. No shipping charge as parts came from stock. 4-13-18 Removed failed thermostat and replaced. Energized unit, leak checked repair and checked operation. Unit operating normally with wash temp. of 162°f / rinse temp of 172°f. / and final rinse temp. of 194°f. .

Removed old start components and installed new then checked operation of the unit. The unit is short cycling and pulling 36 amps so the compressor will need to be replaced. I called the local supplier and gave them the information to see if he could come up with a replacement compressor. The supply house called me back and they were not able to cross the numbers over to a compressor they had. We will need to check on price and availability of the same compressor and give estimate. 1 = MXCDX81F.08DV = Compressor
