Arrived to inspect an orange burner that was found to have soot in it. Removed the burner for washing and removed the soot. Cleaned other components and reinserted the burner. Flame is now blue

Arrived at location on 2/10/23 - Checked out unit and found the unit was not running. pulled the front cover and checked the control and found the error code saying it was the temperature sensor. will order and return. Returned on 2/14/23 - Came in with part. went to install it and found it was on the back of the unit and couldn’t get to it. will have to pull the unit out and fix it. will be back in the morning to fix it. Returned on 2/15/23 - pulled the sink out and removed the temp probe and installed new one. put back together and pushed unit back in place. checked operation, ok.

Arrived at location on 12/6/22 - Removed defective door gasket and soaked the new gasket for flexibility and installed. tested operation, all ok.

Arrived at location on 8/29/22 - Verified that part was correct and began to remove old arm. I noticed that the handle wasn’t pulling out the Treading bushing. The bearings needed gas and a second man was needed. After installing, customer tested unit with product. Unit is working at this time.

Arrived at location on 7/7/22 - Spoke to mod. Verify parts were correct and began to remove listed of parts. While installing I noticed that the vacuum breaker seem to be leaking as well so I replaced it. After Finishing up. The bar was Too busy to put back in place will return tomorrow to finish installing and checking operations. Returned to location on 7/8/22 - Spoke to mod. Customer had Their maintenance change the valve and waterline going to the dishwasher. After installing unit watch unit heat up wash temp 165° rinse temp 195. Ran dishwasher multiple times. Unit is working at this time.

Arrived at location on 7/9/22 - Found compressor going off on high head pressure because of a bad condenser motor, I replaced motor from truck stock and waited to ensure box temperature was dropping, unit is working properly at this time.

Arrived at location on 6/17/22 - Arrived and customer stated there was water in the bottom of the unit. I found the drain line was clogged right at the drain pan. I cleared the clog and the unit drain. Unit is now running properly.

Arrived at location on 5/11/22 - Performed preventive maintenance on refrigeration and cooking equipment. Cleaned condensing coils on reach in coolers removed filter material from reach in coolers and freezer and replaced with new. Checked door gaskets hinges temps condensate drains electrical components evaporators and made sure units were cycling properly. Cooking equipment checked temps blower motors cleaned cooling fans and air intakes checked gas pressure burner and pilots temps door closers and let units heat up and cycle ok. No repairs were found while doing pm. pm complete.

Arrived on site 5/2/22 - Spoke to manager on duty. Try plugging unit in and the breaker would just pop. Dropped electrical cover to check my wires and components. They were good but noticed that the power cord was burnt up and plug was bent. After picking up parts locally, I replace cord and plug can you heat it up fine without issues.

Arrived at location on 3/2/22 - I pulled burners and found that the flame sensor probe was dirty. Cleaned off and watched unit heat up and cycle off on temp. Will order part to avoid this issue in the future. Returned to location on 3/4/22 - I verified part was correct. I removed ignitor, ignitor wire & wire assy. Watched unit heat up on temp. Unit is working at this time.

Arrived at location on 2/18/22 - While on-site customer stated exhaust hood was squealing. Went up steps found belt was loose from wear. Had belt on truck removed stretched out belt and replaced with new belt adjusted. Powered on exhaust hood and tested operation all ok left old belt was stretched still can use if needed for emergency left belt in hood for spare.

Arrived at location on 1/12/22 - Unit shut off manager said. Took off cover and unit started but fan did not turn on. Checked fan cycling switch and it was working. Emailed United and ordered parts. Returned to location on 1/25/22 - Replaced fan motor. Unit dumped 1 batch of ice. Working ok at this time.

Arrived at location on 10/1/21 - Found bad motor and fan blade broken on other motor, replaced fan blade on right motor and replaced motor and blade on left . Started unit up and ensured rotation is the same as OEM motor. Unit is dropping in temp and operating properly at this time.

Arrived at location on 8/27/21 - Started in back kitchen. Turned on all equipment. Checked voltage and amp draw made sure all screws and electrical were tight. Moved out to service line turned all equipment on checked voltage and amp draw.

Arrived at location on 8/24/21 - Unit is a 2 door upright freezer, turned unit on and compressors came on, waited until unit got down to 40 degrees and then checked power to evaporator fans, found loose wire connection, repaired connection and fans come on. Amp draw is good on compressors and unit is dropping in temp. System is down to 10 degrees and is operating properly at this time time.

Arrived at location on 7/29/21 -per customer, unit wasn't cooling. Checked condensing fan and condensing coil, ok. Checked for shorts to compressor, ok. Reset compressor on high pressure switch. Spoke with tech support and was explained that a power surge can cause issue if fan and coil are ok. tested after resetting high pressure switch and unit is now freezing, all ok.

Arrived on site on 7/22/21 and spoke to mod. The unit was running on arrival. I found that upon starting the unit up, the motor struggled to run and the belt that is in place is a replacement belt. Will need to replace both to fix issue. Unit is working at this time. Will quote repair.

Arrived at location on 7/16/21 - Looked at exhaust fan. Belt was in decent shape and tension was good. Drive pulley was grooved. Called distributor and got a price on a pulley. Spoke with chef and told him ballpark pulley price. He said go ahead and change it. Picked up pulley and new belt. Aligned pulley with straight edge and set sheave adjustment identical to old pulley. Tested fan. Rated 12 amps at 120v. Actual amps 10. Pulley has no more adjustment and fan cannot be sped up. Building is in a slight negative. If this doesn’t make a big enough improvement we will need to look at the buildings makeup air. Job complete.

Arrived at location on 7/13/21 - Ran descaler through ice machine to descale evaporator plates. Disassembled ice machine and soaked in cleaner and scrubbed everything. There was a lot of buildup on the curtain, pan, and tubing. Reassembled and ran sanitizer through machine per manufacturers instructions. Flushed sanitizer out of pan multiple times. Cleaned condenser with coil cleaner and brushed/shop vacced. Watched two batches of ice, Checked bridge thickness, and discarded the ice. Batch time is approx 15 minutes. Ice machine is fully functional at this time. Job complete.

Arrived at location on 7/9/21 - Spoke to manager on duty. I found that the door wasn't closing properly. I called manufacturer and found this unit doesn't have a door gasket. They put foam tape around the door frame. Will get some and return the next business day. Returned to location on 7/12/21 - Spoke to manager on duty. I placed foam around door frame and tested out. Unit seemed OK. Unit is working at this time.

Arrived at location on 6/29/21 - Found high pressure switch stuck open because the condenser coil was blanketed with dirt. I chemically cleaned the condenser, but the pressure switch wouldn’t reset. I replaced the switch and the condensing unit now runs. I also brushed off the evaporator coil, because it was also covered in dirt. Cooler temp is coming back down but it will take a while to bring it down to set temp because of the warm product inside.

I arrived onsite and spoke to owner. BLO Oven Unit would light but the gas pressure was fluctuating. Found that the gas valve was sticking. I went to pick up gas valve and installed it. My gas pressure reading was 3.51 In wc. The thermostat cycled off at 350 degrees. Customer put product in. Unit is working at this time and is in fair condition.
