great price, service was completed on time and on quote even though there were changes made to the project on the fly
Arrived at location on 7/16/21 - Looked at exhaust fan. Belt was in decent shape and tension was good. Drive pulley was grooved. Called distributor and got a price on a pulley. Spoke with chef and told him ballpark pulley price. He said go ahead and change it. Picked up pulley and new belt. Aligned pulley with straight edge and set sheave adjustment identical to old pulley. Tested fan. Rated 12 amps at 120v. Actual amps 10. Pulley has no more adjustment and fan cannot be sped up. Building is in a slight negative. If this doesn’t make a big enough improvement we will need to look at the buildings makeup air. Job complete.
Arrived at location on 7/13/21 - Ran descaler through ice machine to descale evaporator plates. Disassembled ice machine and soaked in cleaner and scrubbed everything. There was a lot of buildup on the curtain, pan, and tubing. Reassembled and ran sanitizer through machine per manufacturers instructions. Flushed sanitizer out of pan multiple times. Cleaned condenser with coil cleaner and brushed/shop vacced. Watched two batches of ice, Checked bridge thickness, and discarded the ice. Batch time is approx 15 minutes. Ice machine is fully functional at this time. Job complete.
Arrived at location on 7/9/21 - Spoke to manager on duty. I found that the door wasn't closing properly. I called manufacturer and found this unit doesn't have a door gasket. They put foam tape around the door frame. Will get some and return the next business day. Returned to location on 7/12/21 - Spoke to manager on duty. I placed foam around door frame and tested out. Unit seemed OK. Unit is working at this time.
Arrived at location on 6/29/21 - Found high pressure switch stuck open because the condenser coil was blanketed with dirt. I chemically cleaned the condenser, but the pressure switch wouldn’t reset. I replaced the switch and the condensing unit now runs. I also brushed off the evaporator coil, because it was also covered in dirt. Cooler temp is coming back down but it will take a while to bring it down to set temp because of the warm product inside.
I arrived onsite and spoke to owner. BLO Oven Unit would light but the gas pressure was fluctuating. Found that the gas valve was sticking. I went to pick up gas valve and installed it. My gas pressure reading was 3.51 In wc. The thermostat cycled off at 350 degrees. Customer put product in. Unit is working at this time and is in fair condition.

Verified customer, found both hinges bad & gasket smashed on Reach-In Cooler. Unit will need 2 hinges and gasket. MFG was unable to ID parts with out serial number and serial number was worn out. Bar code was still okay. Obtained serial number from bar code. Cedric @mfg ID'd parts. Will order and return. 7/05/18 Installed new door hinges and gasket
Found the center small exhaust fan off with wire disconnected, but the motor looked brand new. The variable pitch motor pulley was bent which caused exhaust fan to shake when it ran. I picked up new pulley and installed it and that exhaust now works. The small exhaust on the right was noisy because it has bad bearings and had a cracked belt. I replaced the belt so unit would move more air but that also increased the noise. This exhaust fan should be replaced. The large exhaust on the right had a worn belt which was very loose. There was a spare in the housing which I put on, and now that the belt is tight it is moving more air. The rest of the exhaust fans were okay.

Had to track down breakers for the freezer, but when I turned it on it began cooling. Checked pressures and refrigerant level was okay. The box is in bad shape but it is connected to the cooler which we will quote replacement of. *****Mileage and travel on work order # 150583****

Checked unit & found 5 out of 6 burners with weak pilots. Tried to adjust pilots higher & couldn't get any higher. Shut off pilots & cleaned around pilot & inside of pilot. Found rust build up around all pilots. Used nitrogen to blow out pilots to get better flow to pilot. tested all pilots & all 5 pilots now adjusted & flow like they should. Advised customer not to get water down in there due to it causing rust to build up & not flow through pilots properly.
