Responding promptly, I arrived at their place of business and assessed the issue with the steamer. After a thorough investigation, I identified a build-up of scale and minerals from hard water as the root cause of the problem. Checked out the oven and found that the error was TEMP FAILURE. I checked the amp draw on all of the oven legs and verified that they were roughly 10.0 amps or so. All elements were the same. Tested out the thermocouples and called CTX to obtain the value chart for the probes. Swapped one probe to another spot and the problem followed. Will order a probe and related parts and return to install. 11-5-18 Returned and installed the new temperature probe. There was a small amount of retrofitting to do and a connector stack had to be eliminated. I tested the oven heating and realized that the top oven and the bottom oven are not heating on the same level and I am not sure the customer knows what the level settings are. I set upper and lower oven to the same and, finally, all of the temperatures stabilized on the top oven and I had no error codes. Explained to the customer about the 6 cooking configuration pre-sets and advised following the manual to set up.
