Arrived at location on 11/8/22 - Found unit at 80 degrees and condenser not running. I shut power off and put my temperature control wires together and turned power back on and condenser fired up. I grabbed a new control out of my van and removed the old one. I discovered that the old thermostat had burned out. I installed the new thermostat and turned the unit on. The unit on. I let the unit run and it was coming down to temp nicely. Unit is running properly as of now

Arrived at location on 7/12/22 -Found evaporator froze up solid and could not remove cover. Had all product removed. And will need to return when coils are clear of ice. Returned to location on 7/13/22 - All ice was melted but the drain was clogged. I blew out the drain and all of the water drained out of the unit. I turned the unit back on and compressor fired up, condenser fan started, and both of the evaporator fans started. Unit started coming down to temp so I installed piercing valves to the high and low side of unit and hooked my gauges up. My pressures were perfect and there appeared to be no issues. The only way the unit could have froze up was from the drain line being clogged and the water pooling up the the evaporator and freezing on the evaporator. Now that I cleared the drain line there should be no further issues.

Arrived at location on 7/4/21 - Found the compressor running, drawing low amperage, and there was no difference between the suction and discharge pressure. Our local supplier did not have a compressor in stock, so I told the customer that they were going to need to move the food elsewhere until we can get a compressor for it. I also noticed one wire of the three phase power was partially melted and that feeds power to over half of the refrigeration equipment. I told the head Chef (Ryan) that they may want to get an electrician there as soon as possible to pull a new wire. Returned to location on 7/6/21 - Picked up new compressor and drove to site. Removed existing compressor, filter drier and site glass and installed new compressor, site glass and filter drier. Ran vacuum on new compressor and removed existing compressor from roof. Charged with 24lb of 404a refrigerant and turned unit on. Unit began to cool. Freezer got down to set point and cycled off. Walk in freezer is working p

Found Reach-In Cooler unit low on refrigerant so I began leak checking the system. I had to drill out some of the old screws for the interior covers to access the evaporator. Once I got the covers off I found that the evaporator is leaking on the bottom left hand side where the tubing passes through the end wall of the coil. It is not repairable and the evaporator would have to be replaced. I remastered covers and replaced screws.. Because the unit had been running while low on refrigerant the compressor had been extremely hot when I arrived. My concern would be that we'd replace the evaporator and then shortly after the compressor would go out. I gave the customer a price on a new Atosa prep table of $2,126.73 Repair $1250. I added refrigerant so the customer can use it for now but I can't guarantee how long it will last.
