Examined Oven unit. Off and somewhat cool. Heated top oven and bottom proofer. allowed to heat until both cycled off. Top oven at 328 when set to 350. Bottom Proofer at 101 when set to 100. Set humidity to 1 and also to 10. Observed spray onto fan wheel, excellent spray pattern. At 10, sprays for approx 3 seconds. At one, just spurts very quickly, as it should. Door gaskets on both doors still soft and pliable, cannot feel air blowing past while ovens are on. Only anomaly is that unit is rated for 208v and recieving 240 but does not seem to affect anything. Resistance of both elements in series is 48.8, 24.4 individually. Elements pulling 5.1a each when heating. Rated for 650w each, no issues. Heat cycles on top and bottom within 10 degrees of set temp. Fans working on both top and bottom. No blown fuses. Did not test timers but they operate independent of thermostats. Could not find any issues at this time.
