Tech showed up went over the issues we were having. Was able to correct one concern, but needed to order parts for the second issue. Parts were ordered while on site, and they were back in a very timely manner to make the repairs.

Arrived at location on 5/25/22 - Checked range top burner pilots. Left 2 rear and front middle pilots are out. Will not light. Adjustments don’t work. Cleaned tips. Still no gas. Need to replace lines. 2 rear and 1 front. Right oven pilot was out. Maintenance said they couldn’t get it to light at all. No flame. It lit right away for me and stayed lit while on site. Possibly the safety is faulty. They said they will call if it happens again. Left oven was soothed. Checked gas pressure to unit. Was at Uld be 4”. Adjusted down. This would cause a shooting issue. Will obtain pilots and return. Customer is advised to have the left oven cleaned. Will return. Returned to location on 6/1/22 - Removed middle 2 and left rear pilots and installed new. Lit pilots and adjusted to proper height. Customer okay’d. Back in service.

Returned to location on 5/24/22 - Dissembled the unit and removed the module. Replace the module with a new one and went wire for wire to have it exactly the same as previous.
