Found Combi Oven unit not turning on, checked 5p ensure no a,p draw when powered supplied to unit found okay. Found hi limit for generator was tripped and could not be reset, found end of cap tube showed signs of being burnt or shorted out, believe tube was shorted out causing un-resetable damage to hi limit. Will order new hi limit for generator, outboard hi limit and return to replace. 8/8/19 Removed the faulty high limit and installed new. Then checked operation and the unit was calling for descaling. When I showed up the fryer was empty so I put water in for testing. I checked thermopile readings and they were good but when the main burner came on the millvolts continued to drop until the gas valve didn't have enough power and shut off. The gas pressure was too low and when the burners came on the pilot died down and wasn't generating proper voltage. After making adjustments the millvolts stayed at 270. The unit is working fine at this time...

Found no power to start components on Reach-In Freezer. Found molex connector from power pak to control module burned. Will need start components and wire harness replaced. 2-5-19 Opened up the unit and checked components and I was missing the other side of the plug that was burnt That went to the start components and confessor fan motor. I spoke to tech support and he didn't want to deal with part numbers so he sent me to parts. They put me on hold and when they finally came back they said they would have to look into it and call me back. I''m waiting to hear back from the manufacturer for proper part number needed. 2-13-19 Removed failed start components and compressor power cord. Installed lower pack and power cord using cord kit.
