Receiving an "H2O open error" in steam and combi mode. Inspected the water lever electrode and wiring harness. Also drained and refilled the generator. Performed replacement of the electrode, harness, and fill valve. Error no longer showing

Arrived at location for repair of a commercial ice machine. Customer noticed water leaking onto the floor from the machine. Found a misaligned filter cup to be the problem. Implemented repair and ensured that leak was gone.

Manager asked to look at drawer cooler. Found cooler temp at 47 degrees. Checked actual temp and display reading correct. Removed back of unit and checked pressures. Unit very low on charge pulling vacuum. Used leak detector to check for leaks but not getting any hits prob due to being out of refrigerant. Charged unit with 8oz of refrigerant and pressures improved and began cooling. Checked for leaks and found leaking from evaporator. Will need to replace evaporator and cap tube. Will order parts and return. 11/16/20 Removed faulty evaporator from unit. Sweated cap tube from drier and evap. Installed new evaporator and filter drier and brazed in cap tube and pipe connections. Held 100psi on system for 20 min and found no leaks. Pulled vacuum and charged unit. Ran unit and came down to temp normally. Unit ok at this time.

Ran and heard noise coming from Dishwasher wash pump. Tried moving pump rotor by hand and can feel something rubbing/hitting. Pulled wash pump and found measuring spoon in impeller. Has caused damage to impeller. Spoke with manufacturer and they no longer sell parts only whole pump and motor assy. Customer would like to have unit put back together and try with the damaged impeller. Put unit back together and ran thru heat and wash cycles. noise is gone but the test will be if it cleans dishes. Also found fill line leaking at pressed fitting customer would like part ordered. FRYMASTER WARMING CABINET Tech - Was informed via phone timer not working. Confirmed with employee on site third bezel down right timer not working. Replaced bezel. Working at this time.
