examined Oven unit, found right side bottom t stat was hit and stem is bent, will not control heat, checked top heat - found on 230 maintain flame 245 off at 253 adjusted so set point is now near center of setting - replaced new temp control, reassembled unit pilot lights but will not stay on, found thermocouple bad, will order and return. 11/19/19 replaced thermocouple and tested, pilot ok main flame ok heats up all ok

Replaced Convection Oven thermostat, ignition module, pilot assembly, sense rod. Had to replace sense wire as well. Tested unit.

Removed and replaced CMA dishwasher rinse heater contactor and wash heater contactor. tested. unit heated. ran multiple trays through. rinse pressure at 25psi. adjusted down to 20psi. wash 155 rinse 180. good to go

Examined unit. inside of tank full of scale. removed tank from unit and cleaned out tank and element. reassembled. unit filled and heated. calibrated and tested. good to go. Customer has everpure carbon filter (ev960705 7TO) needs different filter to help with scale since water supply is well. Will call with filter price. Note: closing out work order, sending filter to customer as a part sale.

Arrived on site. Timer on site new style, cannot be wired into 16 year old steamer, not adaptable. Will order timer and return. Returned, removed and replaced timer top compartment. Turned unit on and tested operation okay. Note: Top compartment needs a condensate nozzle for drain.

Cleveland Combi Oven Tech - Removed and replaced oven light. When replacing light found cover seal loose. Moisture getting in socket. Repaired gasket, ran oven, checked for moisture, dry. Tested good. Left second bulb for spare for customer.

Garland Convection Oven- Examined unit. Replaced blower motor and wheel. Aligned and tested. Ran to temp, let cycle. Checked temps all ok. Also checked switches good, Job Complete.
