Arrived on, 7/17/23- Checked in with manager. Turned fryer on to test operation. Pilot lights but burners do not. Spchecked relay board. Side on light is lit but heat demand isn’t even with controller calling for heat. Removed relay board and noticed the insulation paper wasn’t there and the board was scorched in the back. Asked staff if the fryer even made noise while firing up and they said it made a chattering sound. Inspected pilot assy, ignition cable, high limit and gas valve, all of which tested properly. Will need to return with new relay board. Returned on, 7/20/23 Dan Checked in with MOD. Shut off middle fryer. Lowered controller to access relay board. Removed and discarded damaged relay board and installed new one relay board in its place. Wired in and secured controller back in place. Powered fryer on to test. Fryer pilot lots followed by the main burners. Allowed fryer to heat for a bit to make sure setpoint was maintained. Fryer is back up and running. Job complete.

Manager said both fryers don't fill all the way and the filter times are wrong. Removed filter pipe clean out plug. It was clogged. Cleaned and reinstalled. Did a filter cycle on both fryers. Drained ok. Oil returning is strong. Pump/motor sounds normal. No strange noises. Oil returned normally. Did the Oil Quality check ok. Heated back to set temps. The filter times are off because the time is not set correctly. It was off by 4 hours. Reset time in settings. Time now set correctly. Back in service.
