Commercial Kitchen Equipment Repair Service. Arrived at the location on 4/25/23 to repair their commercial kitchen appliance- Found the water leaking from the level probe hose and the delimer cap. I did install new gaskets in the delimer caps and tightened the hose at the probe housing. I did not see any more leaks. The unit is working ok and is ready to use.

Arrived at location on 10/1/21 - stated center two burners not lighting on griddle. Checked over. Pilot not lit, is not sparking. Inspected spark box, is in poor condition, did find a wire pulled off, tighten connection and reconnect wire. Turn on, now starts sparking. Hold on safety. Pilot lights right away. Main burners light. Unit is ok for use. Will obtain spark box and return. Returned to location on 10/14/21 - replaced the spark module I checked ops. Ok ready to use.

Found Walk-In Freezer evaporator pan and drain line frozen solid, also drain line not insulated keeping drain line heater from doing its job, checked defrost and drain line heater and both working properly, I removed drain pan and removed ice and thawed drain line, I reconnected drain line with PVC coupler, I also wrapped drain line temporarily with foam tape, need to order 1 piece of 7/8" x 1 1/2" Armaflex and return to insulate drain line better, working properly at this time. 4/17/19 Returned to insulate drain line and found drain line and pan frozen up again because drain line not insulated and evaporator frosted over, thawed drain line, pan and evaporator and insulated drain line, also checked defrost again to make sure it is still working and it is, unit is working properly at this time

Arrived, stated bottom oven does not turn on, display is not lit. had power to unit. dropped down front control panel, noticed one side was not set back in properly, not closing one of the door switches. close both door switches manually, display lights up, turn oven on, starts heating, comes up to temp well, monitor unit, make sure no other issues found, tighten down control cover hardware to make sure both door switches are closing correctly. unit is okay for use.

Took call while on site, customer would like both Range gas valves replaced. Will obtain and return. 10-26-18 Did replace the range top gas valves furthest left, I checked ops, okay, ready to use.

Found thickness knob lose on the shaft of Slicer. I did tighten the knob and tightened the ring bolt for the blade cover I did check ops. Okay, ready to use.

Installed a new power cord. Started up and tested unit. Unit is working OK at this time and is OK for use. **Travel Charges billed on WO#121073
