Commercial Kitchen Appliance Repair Service. Arrived at the client's location on 5/30/23 to repair their commercial oven. Bottom oven not turning on. Verified power into unit. Tested fuses and found to be good. Temp high limit not tripped. Found internal control box high limit tripped. Inspected fan is operational and no air obstructions. Reset high limit and ran unit to verify high limit not tripping. Let unit heat to ready and continued to monitor and continue to have proper functions. Unit ok for use. If high limit trips again suspect weak high limit.
