Found Dishwasher unit not in use and water in unit. Unit should always be drained , Strainers removed, and left with doors open to dry. Found rust on bottom of unit. cleaned rust as good as possible. Believe chemicals are too strong causing debris and rusting. Machine has low temp detergent and sanitizer but is set up as a high temp machine this could be adding to corrosion. it would be best to have the unit set up as a high temp machine with high temp detergent and rinse aid, but will have to discuss with chemical person. will need to have chemical supplier I'd correct chemicals and calibrate.

Ordered BIC (blended ice machine) parts that were found broken while performing tune up. Labor on WO# 180398. 5-15-19 Returned with parts. removed old shaver blade and ice chute and installed new shaver blade and ice chute. re-calibrated ice due to new shaver. checked operation, okay.

Found drain line was clogged. Blew out right, left & center drain lines. Poured hot water down drains & all drains are working properly.

Heat Craft-Walk in Freezer Tech- found unit off on low pressure and unit was out of refrigerant. I leak tested with nitrogen and found head master line leaking. I repaired leak and tried to re charge unit but head pressure was too high. I power washed condenser coil and re charged unit. I found 4th evaporator motor from left locked up. I replaced motor and re checked operation. defrost timer and heater are working. Box came down to 10 deg
