Arrived, stated RAG Combi Oven meat probe is not working properly. checked and found meat probe is reading over 100 degrees too low, did find it was pinched and cut at places. did also find door gasket is cracked out. check with Dave that he would like us to replace. will order parts and return. 2/12/2021 Did replace the door gasket and the meat probe I checked ops found door glass is warped and door leaks steam .I will obtain parts and return .

Found Combi Oven unit displaying service info cds, found controller showing steam, generator showing scale build up. I did look inside the generator and found some scale. I did descale generator with 1 gallon of descaler. Checked, found unit now showing clean plus care bars all red indicating cleaning required. I did run a medium cleaning. Unit will require customer to run a heavy clean cycle daily to bring cleaning bars back to normal and stop the cleaning error from returning. Left unit with 2 hours left on a clean cycle. Unit is ready to use.

Checked oven. Found both left and right blowers not turning on. Main safety switch is not closing each time. Replace switch. Now both blowers come on. No errors. Heats. OK to use.

Did install customer supplied core temperature probe and drip tray.. Found motorized flapper motor bad and could also use new coupling at the steam tank. Door gasket is split. Unit is working. Will obtain parts and return. 4-12-2017 Returned and replaced the steam generator steam hoses, replaced door gasket and replaced the humidity control. Checked operation. OK and ready to use.
