Lemoyne PA Commercial Refrigeration

Arrived at location on 10/5/21 - Took apart the water side of the cuber and sanitized each piece then rinsed with potable water and reinstalled. Ran through descale/sanitation wash cycle and caught the next drop. Then shut down the ice machine power head. Brushed each refrigeration condenser then blew out with dry nitrogen as needed. Filter media was cut and put before each condenser coil after brushing out. Temperatures taken on each individual reach in cooler or freezer and walk in boxes and recorded all model and serial numbers recorded as well as temperatures. Inspected door/ drawer gaskets, HINGES and closers. Checked all burners on the stove as well as the operation of the convection ovens and hot box. The dish machine has detergent build up at the discharge point.

Returned with parts. removed APW Hot Well four element and hi limit and installed new element and hi limit. removed control box and installed all new inf switches for all wells. checked operation, all wells pulling 6 amps. wells are no longer boiling. operation ok.

Removed and installed new exhaust fan. Ensured that the system is operating properly.

Upon arrival Oven Range unit was working. customer stated it has been taking 2 to 3 hours for flame switch to get hot enough to open valve to heat oven. we have replaced flame switch twice already. checked out unit and found pilot flame blowing around and not making good enough contact with flame switch. checked for flue obstructions or outside air that could be contributing to the issue, found no problems. adjusted flame switch to be closer to tip of flame. customer will have to check in the morning and let us know if it is still having the issue.

Customer complaint was water inside box and right door not closing on Prep Table. Found the bottom part of drain line was completely clogged shut. Removed and cleaned in sink. Unit now draining properly. Right door does not close . Will order new hinges for door. the two pins holding the cutting board in place are broken and need replaced. will order new key hole pins. 7/26/19 Replaced bottom and top hinges on right door of cabinet. Door is closing correctly, Replaced the cutting board pins had to replace the threaded grommets also.

Checked out VHL Range unit. found that flame is hitting flame sensor but flame sensor not opening. jumped out to test and main burner lit. will obtain part qwp per Jeremiah 1= VHL714321= flame sensor qwp (expedited freight) 6-14-19 Upon arrival, unit working. customer said they turned it on this am and it heated, but still replaced flame switch, tested okay. ***Part replaced under 90 day part warranty on WO# 184146

Replaced door spring & put spare in Convection oven.

Found unit short cycling because it was ow on refrigerant. Found leak on suction header in evaporator which I repaired. Changed filter drier and added refrigerant. Unit began dropping temp. Evaporator still has another leak some where and it will need replaced, but for now it is cooling. Will quote replacement of evap and condensing unit

**Emergency callout** Upon arrival found disposal electrical enclosure cover removed and breaker off. Found unit jammed with piece of metal. All wire nuts being held on with tape. Re did wire nut connections. tested okay

RATIONAL COMBI OVEN Tech- Removed old oven and installed new. Updated new software and calibrated. Checked all operations.

Middleby NG Oven Tech - Found wire disconnected from power switch. Re connected and tightened other connections. Tested unit and working properly. Ready for use
