Commercial Kitchen Equipment Repair Service: The client’s commercial dishwasher was not properly dispensing detergent, leading to incomplete washes. I found that the dispenser valve was clogged and the motor was failing. After cleaning the valve and replacing the motor, the machine returned to optimal washing performance.

Arrived at location on 7/8/21 - Spoke with manager Kristi, she stated she wanted refrigeration equipment gone over and coils cleaned on reach in coolers and freezers and walk in coolers. Also wanted ice machine cleaned and sanitized. Removed panels from condensing coils cleaned and placed filter material in front of them checked temps and gaskets on doors and hinges ok. Blew out condensing coils on walk in coolers checked electrical components ok. Removed water side of ice machine cleaned and sanitized them and sanitized ice machine head and bin. All ok.

Per customer when GLO Slicer unit moves back & forth it makes a weird noise. Found no noise now. Customer did not hear noise since oiling. Went over unit, sharpened blade. Applied oil where needed. Unit ready to use.
