Shamokin Dam PA Commercial Refrigeration

Arrived on, 07-17-23- Matt Tim Found front of house AC unit was non operational. Transformer was tripped. Checked over all wires and found second stage low pressure switch was shorted on discharge line. Turned unit on and right side contactor for first stage cooling was chattering heavily. Transformer was overheating, and would trip slowly with a delay. Found power dropping in and out on coil voltage. Replaced transformer and contactor. Rejecting heat very good. Unit is operational at this time. Job complete.

Arrived 11/1/21 - Changed out the bad cable. Tested. Found all ok at this time.

Checked over right fryer unit, found leaking behind drain valve. removed all drain pipes and sealed and put back together. found all okay at this time. **Travel Charges Billed on wo# 220442**

Found gas fryer unit with e32, checked hi limit, and vacuum switch found okay found hose fell off blower. Re-secured hose tested, found pilots to light but not burners, found no voltage to gas valve main burner port. Checked modules looked in bad condition, also checked flame sensors found putting low flame sense. Replace left hand side, customer is ordering flame sensor for right side and two modules. Will call when parts are received. 6-5-20 Installed right hand flame sense and both modules, turned on found not working, found solenoid valve had wires fall out, reinstalled wires turned on found to heat. Tightened piping on relief valve. Unit is operating correctly at this time.

Back line slicer needs sharpener assembly. Found broken pieces in mechanism. 10/31/19 -dropped off sharper **Travel Charges Billed on wo# 193288**

Found Gas Fryer unit not building pressure. Cleaned dead weight valve and solenoid valve. Unit still not building pressure. Found solenoid coil not being energized. Checked wiring back to control board. Found no power from control board. Removed control board and wire harness and replaced with parts from spare unit on site. Energized unit and checked operation. Unit operating normally at this time.

Pulled Gas Fryer unit out and replaced valve, also found several other things with unit. Repaired as well. Closed up unit, let heat to test, all okay at this time.

Checked operation of GAR Convection Oven and the unit would cook for a little while and then flash not done. I checked the probes and they homed out fine. I spoke to Dwyane at Fastron and he had me run some addition checks and found the probe manifold is intermittently working and causing a loss of signal. I gave the part number to the manager to order, they will call us when it comes in. 6-29-18 I let the unit cool for a few minutes then removed the faulty probe manifold and installed new connectors where needed. I installed the new manifold and checked operation. The unit is working fine at this time.

found doors hitting each other on convection oven, bottom door, when closing. Adjusted chain, unit closing better. Bushings are worn, door needs lifted slightly to close. No further service on door requested at this time. Screws to door operator cover stripped out, drilled and installed new screws. **travel time/miles wo 143635

found unit off. Turned on, found drain fan error. Fan clogged with dusty grease. Pulled out and cleaned, found motor needs replaced. Will order and return. 2-3-17 replaced fan assembly, turned unit on and let heat. Had customer test product, found okay. Warranty Rejection - Not a warranty issue
