Reach-In Freezer - Found neutral wire burnt off terminal board, put new terminal on and reconnected. Case is coming down in temperature.

Brushed off and blew out condenser coils on all Reach-in and changed filter material. I checked operation and adjusted doors and gasket for all Reach-in and both Walk-ins. I brushed off and blew out evaporator coil for both walk-in and flushed drain lines. I checked and cleaned pilots and burners on ovens, burners and griddle. Checked temps I cleaned and sanitized both I/M s and checked operation. I changed water filter on I/M in the kitchen. I will return to change rest of water filters and the belt for kitchen exhaust hood. I greased kitchen exhaust a hood and checked operation of both hoods. 11/03/17 Replaced water filters on upstairs ice machines, combi oven and coffee brewer Replaced drive belt on exhaust fan.

Found safety not holding the pilot on (Griddle). Found thermocuple in poor condition. Did replace the thermocouple and safety magnet. Checked operation. OK and ready to use.

Pitco Gas Fryer Tech - Check fryer. PIlot won't spark. Found hi limit for burner clean flames tripped. Reset. Turn on. Now lights. OK to use.
