Arrived at location on 7/15/22 - Installed drain pan right below the drain line. Customer had a power surge protector mounted to the back of the unit so I used an electrical cord that I had and wired the drain pan up to it and plugged it into the surge protector. Unit is now evaporating the drain water as it should.

Arrived at location on 4/1/22 - Checked over unit and found that the 20a fuse was blown for mag circuit. Unit had an active F3 error code as well. Pulled apart and swapped out fuse. Tested all components and found that the K2 anode relay was burnt on terminals and showed a lot of signs of arcing. Replaced fuse and went to test. I wanted to confirm due to the readings I got on the capacitors which indicated they were open on the .91 microfarad side of them. Unit popped fuse and showed F3 error again. We will need to acquire parts and return to replace. I know the one part is a tough one to get but at this point the unit is down and we need it. Returned to location on 4/4/22 - Installed new parts that were ordered for unit. Swapped out and let unit heat up to temp. After warmup period I had customer run product in. Verified all operation and unit is working good at this time.

Arrived at location on 1/28/22 - Reported on Wednesday kept filling and dishes have been spotty. Found pin hole in exit side tubing from rinse aid pump to manifold. Cut tubing back and reconnected. Chemical pumped good. Could not find any issue with filling. Could have been a stuck float or debri in valve that passed through. Floats are clean at time of service. Had gotten a message from chad about drain plunger being pushed down too far. Could not duplicate. O ring in tact and seems to be holding. Could of had debri on oring as well. Told staff to keep an eye on it and let us know if issue occurs again.

Arrived at location on 11/15/21 - Installed new fan blade. Applied some epoxy to the press joint on both sides to see if this helps with the longevity of the actual fan blade. I couldn’t find any other options to swap out with when I went to united as all the other motors were a lot larger in diameter with that shaft size. Will see how this works and if it does we will need to do this when we install them in the future.

Arrived at location on 8/5/21 - Evaporator was iced up and fans not running. Located UNMARKED WALK INN FREEZER condenser on the roof and put unit into defrost, Checked heaters and time clock. Clock was moving freely and seemed to be operating properly. Unit pumped down properly and contactor is ok. Removed remaining ice build up and started unit, fans would not come on so I checked power and found bad defrost termination switch. Once replaced fans came on once evap temp was low enough. System is operating properly at this time.

Arrived on site and Reach-In Cooler unit was unplugged. turned unit on. 134a pressures were okay. Compressor did not kick on right away. Compressor ran and shut off when calling for it to be on. it kicked back on after 20 seconds. I could only duplicate it once. compressor running at 5.85 amps and was hot, It also is running mildly rough. I did not replace evap coil due to 134a charge being okay and other issues with the reach in. I found that the temp settings were at 32 degrees. the cabinet probe does not shut off at 32 but at 26. it has a 8 degree differential which may be freezing unit up and causing the issues with the box. recommending new temp and defrost probes. I adjusted temp to 38 degrees with 6 degree differential to keep it above freezing. follow up call to verify proper operation. 12/30/19 Customer would like quote for new unit before any more work is performed. Sent Matt pic of data tag and info. Please attach a copy of quote to Melissa.bixler@carlisleccm.com

Reach-In Cooler Compressor was off most likely from long high temperature alarm. Restarted and unit ran. Suction pressure was low and compressor very hot despite temperature being 70 in box. Added gas and leak checked. Unit has a very small leak in evaporator coil. We can quote evaporator coil replacement.

Call Out-I found a long string of paper towels wrapped around the blower wheel of Blended Ice Machine, throwing it off balance. The motor and wheel had shifted off center, so I re-centered them and screwed them in place. I removed the towels but it did damage to the motor bearings and on start up it makes a grinding noise. The exhaust fan is working for now but it should be replaced. I will get pricing and work up a quote.

Ice Machine Unit was off on extended harvest when I arrived. Reset unit and checked operation. Pressures looked normal in freeze and harvest cycles, and the condenser fan cycled off during harvest as it should. Watched 3 cycles and harvest never lasted more than 1 minute 40 seconds. Harvest time has to be over 3 minutes to cause that error to pop up. I did adjust the ice thickness probe because the ice was a little thick but it wouldn't have caused the extended harvest. The unit is operating properly at this time.

Damian, manager, is going to have Scott GM order parts for broiler. 4-5-19 Came in to put parts in and found out they ordered the wrong ones. found one new igniter and put in and checked operation, okay. they are up and running.
