waste volume by up to 90%, resulting in lower labor andhauling costs.
Process water is re-circulated for re-use, saving water and sewage
costs. External silver catch lessens costly silverware replacement.
Complete renewal servicing of wear parts accomplished without
disturbing either the electrical or plumbing connections. Rated
capacity is 900 lbs. per hour of mixed foodservice waste including
food, disposables and paper products.
