15" ROTOR Recommended
for handling huge quantities of the heaviest and toughest material
encountered in central food waste areas, Insinger Disposer Series G is
correctly engineered. The extra-large 15" rotor has the required
diameter to take full advantage of the 7 ½ HP motor, generating
terrific centrifugal force, with maximum impact disintegration speed
that is unsurpassed in the food service industry. The Series G easily
disposes all general heavy/waste including big steer rib, leg or
knuckle bones (even raw), lobster shells, poultry carcasses, fish
heads, pineapples and regular or wax-coated paper waste.

SERIES S 10"

10" rotor series S Insinger Disposer is perfectly suited for the
general food waste areas of any large commericial kitchen. Located in
the soiled dishroom, or in the tray scrapping area of a hospital, high
school, or cafeteria kitchen, this tough, rugged machine will readily
dispose of all food scraps, as well as, regular paper waste, including
napkins and tray dollies. For a general purpose central waste area
disposer this 10" rotor machine with standard 5 HP motor will do a
tremendous job in the handling of large quantities of heavy waste. Also
recommended for a medium/large restaurant, rib, steak, or lobster house.

SERIES N
8" ROTOR The
extremely rugged Insinger Disposer Series N, with 8" rotor, has been
designed and engineered primarily for installation in the vegetable and
salad preparation of a medium/large kitchen and for use in the handling
of general food waste in the kitchen of a small sized restaurant.
Equipped with a 2 HP motor as standard, this unit is also recommended
for use in disposing of the waste from a potato peeler. If the general
waste is rather heavy use of the 3 Hp motor is recommended. 3 HP is
also correct for use in the pot wash area where peak work loads are
always greater than anticipated, making added motor strength a
requirement. The 1 ½ HP motor is satisfactory for use in smaller
kitchens where the waste is light.

SERIES I
6" ROTOR Insinger
Disposer Series I, with 6" rotor has no floor support. Designed
primarily for the small restaurant kitchen or for the larger kitchen's
salad preparation area, this small model is constructed in the same
rugged fashion as the larger models and will do a big job in a small
space. This is the ideal disposer for a small elementary school, where
food waste is light and volume is not great. Standard 1 HP motor is
recommended.
