BLOWER DRYER
FOR RACK CONVEYOR AND
RACKLESS STYLE DISHWASHERS The
new blower dryer unit is a partially recirculating dryer. It
recirculates a nominal 90% of the air flow to conserve energy, and
draws in 10% room air to keep the recirculating air stream from
becoming saturated with moisture. It has a 16 gauge stainless steel
chamber, 5 feet long with a large access door for inspection and
cleaning. It is designed to circulate 1400 CFM of air at a nominal
170°F.
